"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! There are no words for how amazing our experience was with Karen! She made our family feel at ease with a difficult situation and turned it into a positive outcome. We all felt so comfortable every step of the way and walked out with hope, love and confidence. Karen has such a kind heart and soul and puts 150% into her work. She has gorgeous wigs in all styles and colors, with so many beautiful hats._I highly recommend this shop to all."

"I have been a client of Karen's since she opened her business, and new her from her previous employer as well, dating back to 1994. In my years of doing business with her, she has become more of a friend. I have always received excellent service from her, and her staff, as well as been treated with respect, and dignity. "My husband has been a client for going on 20 years, and can honestly attest (as can I!) that the hair replacement services at Alternative Hair Center are absolutely second to none! As a former member of one of those clubs for hair, he grew disappointed with the feeling that he was just another number to them; herded in for his monthly appointment… then, out you go, mister, regardless of whether or not you look or feel good about your hair because we have a room full of customers out there and just don’t have the time! At AHC, salon owner Karen provides impeccable professionalism and expertise in hair replacement, along with an innate ability to listen and understand her clients’ wants and expectations. (For those who aren’t quite sure what's meant by "hair replacement", make an appointment with Karen. She can explain in a matter of minutes how her clients transition from a receding frontal or crown to a full head of beautiful hair!) Bottom line? She makes her clients look and feel good.
